Family Pottery Workshop: Create Together!
Join us for a fun and beginner-friendly pottery experience designed for kids and their grown-up! In this special family class, parents or caregivers will hand-build a beautiful pottery piece while kids add their own creative touch by making flowers, petals, bugs, letters, and other decorative elements to personalize the project.
This class is all about working together—grown-ups create the foundation, and kids bring it to life with their imagination. It’s a wonderful opportunity to connect, create memories, and make a keepsake you’ll treasure for years to come.
What’s Included:
- All materials provided: clay, colorful glazes, and both firings
- Everything needed to create a one-of-a-kind family pottery project to take home
Class Details:
Two separate 2-hour sessions
Day 1: Build and create your pottery piece together. Parents will shape the main structure while children create decorative additions to make it uniquely theirs.
Day 2: Glaze and decorate your finished piece with fun colors and creative designs.
(We will try to coordinate the second class so families can return together as a group. Glazing sessions can be scheduled between 12 PM–5 PM on Thursdays and Fridays. If you can’t attend with the group, you’re welcome to return during those hours on either day to complete your glazing.)
No pottery experience needed—just come ready to get creative, work as a team, and have fun!
