Description
Rounded corners are one of those small details that make a hand-built piece look finished, and one of the hardest to get consistent by hand. Trace around a jar lid and every corner comes out a little different. These cutters fix that.
Each one works like a cookie cutter made for corners: a thin, curved blade with a straight leg on each side. Line it up with the corner of your slab, press down, and lift away a clean, even curve. Every corner on the piece matches, and every piece you make matches the last one.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
- Six Corner Radii
1/4″, 1/2″, 3/4″, 1″, 1.5″, and 2″. That covers everything from a subtle softened edge to a big, sweeping curve, so you can choose the look you want and grab the right cutter.
- Built to Hold Up
A 3/4″ tall cutting blade cuts cleanly through thick slabs. A reinforced top rim and a cross brace keep each cutter rigid and give you a comfortable place to press down. Every cutter carries the Modern Wolf logo.
MINI CORNER CUTTERS
Small pieces need small corners, and they are even harder to get consistent by hand than big ones. A tiny wobble in your knife shows on a 2″ tile in a way it never would on a platter. The minis work just like the full-size cutters, scaled down to a compact 1.2″ square that fits on tiles, coasters, jewelry dishes, ornaments, and earring blanks.
- Six Small Corner Radii
1/8″, 1/4″, 3/8″, 1/2″, 3/4″, and 1″. From a barely softened edge to a full, round corner on a small tile. Each mini is marked with its radius, and the smaller sizes carry the Modern Wolf logo.
TIPS FOR THE MINIS
- Use the opening in the top to nudge the clay out, or a pencil eraser for the smallest sizes
- A light dusting of cornstarch helps soft clay release
CARE
- Rinse with water and let air dry
- Keep away from high heat: no dishwasher, kiln, or hot car
- For clay use only. Not intended for food.
